Aliens – love them or hate them?

Happy Monday, folks.

I’m pondering the above question today, as you do, mainly because my second book in my Warriors series is now available for pre-order.

If you haven’t met my drool worthy Warriors yet, let me tell you about them, and why I love them so much.

I’ve always been somewhat fascinated by the whole concept of Aliens. As a child, long before I watched ET, I used to lay awake at night, and stare at the starry sky, visible through my window and wonder…

It seemed logical to me that all those planets out there would hold other forms of life somehow. Maybe not life as we know it, but life, nonetheless. I guess it also helped that my gran, being an Atheist, had no religious prejudices influencing her answers to all of my questions. To her, things were not set in stone and Mother Nature was a never ending place of wonder and discovery.

A keen amateur astrologist she knew all the constellations by name and was only too happy to share that knowledge with me.

So, even back then I spun stories in my head, involving Alien life forms, and once I could read devoured Sci-fi books. Needless to say we were and still are huge Treckie fans and Dr. Who is a must watch in our house.

So, it was inevitable, really, that my writer’s brain would eventually latch onto writing Aliens, especially as I write erotic romance and erotica, and well….

*smirks*

You can have so much fun with that.

My Aliens are not little green men, of course. No, they are droolworthy seven foot hunks of male perfection, who only have eyes for their human heroines, and each other.

Females are scarce in this future, so having mated triads is more or less the norm, and love knows no boundaries J

Here are my top ten reasons for loving those Warriors.

  • Heh, they’re Aliens that alone peeks my interest, nuff said.
  • Their unique mating practices, shall we say, or what goes where 😛
  • Its sci-fi… anything goes….
  • The glimpse into our possible future.
  • The technology and the endless possibilities for new inventions.
  • Their code of honour. They all have one, even if it’s different from ours.
  • They make the best villains.
  • They make the best lovers.
  • They’re dominant and hot as hell.
  •  Horn sex (You’ll see, when you read the books.)

Like I said book two has just become available for pre-order!

[Siren Ménage Amour: Erotic Futuristic Sci-Fi Ménage a Trois, M/M/F, with M/M elements, HEA]

A warship is no place for a human mother and her child. However, Drakan Commander Alzaar and his second-in-command, Bentaan, have no choice but to bring Sapphyre and Jayde on board. Not least, because their instincts scream at them that she is the one woman who can turn them into a family again.

Sapphyre just wants to keep her daughter safe. How on earth does she do that surrounded by droolworthy Aliens, when her libido keeps leading her astray? It is abundantly clear that Alzaar doesn’t want her on board the ship. At least Bentaan does and the sex is out of this world. If only her heart wasn’t involved, and she didn’t want both of them.

When the Tamarillion is attacked, Sapphyre has to fight for her men and the ship she now calls home. Without her all would be lost, and Alzaar finally shows his emotions.

However, when regulations and their pasts collide, can they rescue each other?

“I told you she’d react like that,” Bentaan said.

“I fail to see what’s so bloody amusing about this,” Sapphyre said, and Bentaan sobered.

“I’m not laughing at you, but my stupid brother-in-law over there, my sweet.”

Her eyes widened at the unexpected endearment, until the words hit her in the gut. Brother-in-law? Alzaar is married?

“Second, I order you to stop talking right now. This has got nothing to do with my decision.” Alzaar’s sharp command froze the blood in Sapphyre’s veins with the ice behind the words, but Bentaan just grinned and winked at her.

“This has got everything to do with this, and you know that, so with all due respect, Commander, Sapphyre has a right to know this.” He ignored Alzaar’s warning growl and continued. “Throw me in the brig, if it makes you feel better, brother, but Shaliah would be appalled by your behavior and you know that.”

Alzaar visibly flinched at the mention of that name, and Sapphyre’s heart clenched at the raw pain that crossed his warrior features.

“Keep her out of this, Bentaan.”

“No, I will not. Shaliah’s last words to me were to promise her to make sure you carried on living, and I’m damn well going to make sure that is what you will do.”

Alzaar looked all set to pounce on the other man, and Sapphyre edged away slowly. The air was so thick with tension, breathing was once again difficult, as the two men circled each other hands down, her presence almost forgotten it seemed.

“I said to stop talking, second.”

“No, this conservation is long overdue.” Bentaan threw her a glance and smiled, and Alzaar, too, looked across at her.

Gooseflesh broke out over her exposed skin at the intensity of those stares, and she clasped her arms to stop her hands from shaking.

“Please, stop. I don’t want you two fighting,” she whispered.

Bentaan smirked and some of the tension left the room.

“It’s good of you to want to protect the commander’s ass, Sapphyre. I’d beat the old man hands down, that’s for sure.”

Alzaar swung his fist and punched Bentaan in the gut in answer to that statement, and Sapphyre gasped at the dull thud that seemed too loud in the quiet room.

Bentaan grunted and blocked the next punch aimed at his face, and before Sapphyre could do anything at all, the two of them were locked in an all-out brawl. Fists flew and bones crunched as either man gave as good as they got in a display of testosterone-filled one-upmanship that would have done any cave man proud. Sapphyre groaned. It seemed men the galaxy over were the same. After several minutes of this, she’d had enough. She noticed the refreshment station and having asked for two jugs of ice water, she proceeded to chuck them over the fighting duo in one fell swoop. Water and ice cubes went flying, but it had the desired effect, as they stopped and glared at her. Their identical bewildered expressions were too much, and Sapphyre burst into laughter.

“What the fuck was that for?” Bentaan asked, and Sapphyre shrugged her shoulders, and followed the trails of water as it rendered both men’s tunics transparent. The fabric clung to their muscular torsos, which were liberally covered in dark chest hair, and she clenched her thighs to relieve the instant ache in her clit. Seriously those two were like walking, talking, Viagra to her system. It was insane.

“Well, if you will act like rabid dogs, I’ll treat you like it,” she said and immediately took a step back when they both straightened and growled low in their throats. She put her hands up to stay them off, as they slowly advanced on her, and she backed away until the wall stopped her. Maybe it hadn’t been such a good idea to tweak the metaphorical tiger’s tail. She sure felt like their prey right now, and her body responded to their dominance with embarrassingly obvious results.

Her breasts grew heavy and her nipples puckered under their heated gazes. Bentaan groaned and adjusted himself under his tunic, and Alzaar’s blue eyes darkened until they were almost black. A rush of moisture coated her pussy lips, and Alzaar’s nostrils flared as though he could smell her need for him, for both of them. Bentaan stepped closer still, but Alzaar hung back, and simply stood watching her. By the time Bentaan placed either hand on the wall next to her head, effectively crowding her against the cool metal, she was so aroused, her juices coated the tops of her thighs, and they hadn’t even touched her.

Lord help her if they ever did. She would combust on the spot, for sure.

“You are comparing us to dogs, woman?”

Bentaan growled the words into her ear and she shut her eyes as the vibrations of his deep tenor trembled through her body.

“If the shoe fits.” How she managed to get the words out of her parched throat she would never know, and a shiver went down her spine when she heard the click, as Bentaan’s fangs descended. Warm puffs of air slid across her neck, as he ran the tips of his incisors along her skin with just enough force to leave marks. Sapphyre’s hands clenched in the wet fabric of his clothes and she gasped when he ground the hard ridge of his erection into her lower belly.

“If you were mine, my sweet little human, you’d be over my knee, and I’d be spanking your luscious behind until it was hot and red, for that insolence. And then I’d fuck you like the rabid dog you likened me to.”

Oh, god!

That thought really shouldn’t turn her on.

Alzaar’s low growl made her open her eyes. He had stepped closer to see what Bentaan was doing. Fangs fully extended, he watched the two of them with such a look of hunger on his face, Sapphyre was again reminded of a huge predator ready to devour her. Her gaze dropped to his groin and she couldn’t tear her eyes away from the enormous erection he was sporting. Bentaan felt long, hard, and thick against her belly, but Alzaar looked even bigger, and Sapphyre forgot to breathe altogether, until Alzaar spoke.

“She isn’t yours, however, second, so stop manhandling her.”

Stay naughty, folks
