Hey there. You looking to party?

It’s Monday again. And you know what that means? It’s time for the Birdies to pimp out things we want to share with you and update you on what we’re doing!

Elizabeth Silver: The main thing I want to pimp this week is something for my friend Jenny, who is trying to elbow her way through the first round of a contest to get a speaking part in a new audio book version of American Gods. You can vote as often as every day, just in case you were wondering. If you’re wondering why it says her name is Juice, well, that’s just so she can link anyone there. For me, well I’ve been working on one of my WIPs this week, and if the world I’ve created stops expanding, I think the series will be complete at 5 books. Maybe. I always swore I wouldn’t do a series, because I’m a Gemini and I’m way too fond of shiny — OOH, LOOKIT THE KITTY! My two books can be found here at my publisher’s web site, and I love hearing from readers. Hit me up on Twitter or through my website at http://urbansilver.net/ and I promise not to bite unless you ask me to first.

Cassandra Carr: Hello lovelies! I’ve been working on two MSs – two very different stories at the same time. I find it’s kind of nice to hit the wall with one and be able to go to the other one and work on it instead. Overall, I wouldn’t want to do this all the time, but for now it’s going well. I’m still on the blog tour for my release, Talk to Me, and I’ve got a couple of radio interviews coming up. Watch my website at http://www.booksbycassandracarr.com/ for more information about those. You can follow me on Twitter at http://www.Twitter.com/Cassandra_Carr or like me on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/AuthorCassandraCarr. Have a great week, everybody!

Cat Grant: It’s kind of a lull period for me right now. I’m waiting for edits on my new m/m novella A Fool for You, which will be coming soon from Ellora’s Cave. Doing research for a DADT novel that I plan to get going on soon. You can keep abreast of what I’m doing on my website, Facebook page and Twitter.

Scarlett Parrish: *yawn* Hello. Tired. Not much sleep. Need to finish a book. I’m still working on my disgustingly perverted guys, and as ‘Disgustingly Perverted Guys’ doesn’t work as a title, I’m running with Stay the Night. MS Excel says I have 6k left to go, and I swear, this ‘novella’ has delusions of noveldom and needs to be done yesterday. Come nag me on Twitter. Or send abusive emails to scarlettparrish AT gmail DOT com Preferably with photos of James Purefoy attached, kthnxbai.

Viki Lyn: Woke up at the ungodly hour of 5AM – Craziness! But had to finish the second round of my edits for Fighting Chance, and needed to email them to my editor this morning. Had to finish up because I spent my weekend chatting at Literary Nymphs which was a hell of lot more fun! Have a give away going at my blog/website – easy to enter, just follow my blog. I bought a cool tiger book magnet when I was doing a workshop at the Festival of Books in Tucson. Just visit here to see a picture: Viki’s Give-away. You can contact me at viki.lyn.romance AT gmail DOT com – that’s it!

Camryn Rhys: Well, I missed this yesterday, so I’ll do it post-post. Whatever that means–I am crazy today. Yesterday (Monday) rocked for me, because I got my edits from my fantastic and amazing editor, who (as always) managed to see down inside my soul, into the weakest parts of my writing, and help me try to get better. If there’s one thing I’ve learned after jumping from genre to genre (litfic to academic writing to romance and erotica), it’s that I’m always getting better. And I wouldn’t be getting better without my editor. So, now I get to jump back into erotic foodie heaven when I’m doing edits on THE BARN DANCE. Leo, who teaches his heroine how to bake buns in exchange for her company at the big dance (and some hot sexxors), is my favorite erotic hero, and I love being in his head… and speaking of head… ::sneaking back to edits::

Hello ladies. I figured another way to pimp your blog (and I am to my blog followers because I love reading this blog) was to give you an award. So I did.
